Tesla robotaxi Cybercab introduced! No pedals or steering wheel

Tesla, owned by Elon Musk, held the We Robot event last night. The event featured Tesla Cybercab, Tesla Robovan and Tesla Optimus robots. Products that take autonomous driving to the next level will bring a new breath to the vehicle market. So what are the features of Cybercab? Let’s take a look at the details of the news together.

Tesla Cybercab features wireless charging

Tesla introduced the robotaxi called Cybercab at the We Robot event last night. The product, referred to as a robotaxi, offers unmanned passenger transportation. The product, which has no pedals or steering wheel, aims to take autonomous driving to the next level.

The Cybercab is largely similar in design to Tesla’s previously introduced Cybertruck. However, the newly introduced product has a much smaller design than the Cybertruck.

The main purpose of Cybercab is stated to be to offer autonomous rides cheaper than public transportation. However, Elon Musk announced last year that he could not complete his goal of having more than 1 million autonomous Tesla vehicles.

While Tesla aims to operate its own robotaxi network with Cybercab, it also wants to help its customers earn money by adding their vehicles to its network.

On the other hand, it should be noted that although the Cybercab has been introduced, it is still in the testing phase. The vehicle will enter mass production in 3-4 years and is expected to hit the market in 2027 with a price tag more affordable than $30,000.
